Amish Rush Hour

Training the last few days has been quite interesting.  The country side here in Lancaster, PA is amazing.  Such rolling terrain and amazing roads that link through the maze of the country side.  What is even better is the amount of Amish families in the area.  We have encountered an Amish Rush Hour, even with a near horse to buggie rear ending.  Every time we head out for a ride a see more and more old Amish Farm culture.  Horse drawn plows, buggies, clothes lines, chicken coops, barns, draft horses, and the sweet Amish next beards.
oh ya, my legs hurt?

Cut the mullet and grow an amish beard.

Good to see the article in Cyclingnews about your school visit. That’d be to me the coolest perk of being a pro is the interest kids have in bikes.

Passing buggies on 60 makes me feel like such a man.

Wish I was there riding with ya.
