“why did you quit the race dad?” son states (in refrence to Missouri State Road Race). “well son it was really hot and I just couldn’t go anymore” dad states. “well dad T-Ball was really hot today and I didn’t quit!” son states and shuts dad up quickly. Thanks Arron Inch for the great humor at the start of Winghaven Circuit race last Sunday.
Winghaven was my first race back on my local turf and I will say that it was great! I really enjoyed the race, even though I blew snot and spit all over myself.

After the race my son asked me if I won. Since he saw most of the race I couldn’t directly lie, so I told him kind of. To further impress my son, my wife told him I won some money. Well, he was no longer impressed with how I finished and just asked me to give him the money. I’m getting beat down and held up by my 4 year old. Enjoy your self confidence and racing while you can.
