I feel that this man will help to change Meatball and my season for years to come. He is the magic man that controls the laser. After 3 sessions I can already tell a HUGE difference even though I have not sat on a saddle since my surgery. Any of you cyclist out there having problems around the saddle sitting region….male or female….he can do the job.
Other notes. Will Frischkorn recently had a ball and chain permently attached to his leg. Congrats Will!

oh this ain’t easy

So after starting my training I have come to understand that this is going to be one of the hard ones I have done.  not because of the distance or the intensity, but because I have to STAND UP the whole time!  That’s right, STAND UP the whole time.  Why?  Because my taint is not totally healed up yet, so I have to stand.
It is not so much my legs that fatigue, but my back and feet.  I am hoping that this really helps me build some missing strength?

Totally a bum for 3+weeks

The second the Madison was over in LA just over 3 weeks ago I hung up my cleats for one of my first real “REAL” breaks.  Ya last year I took some time off, but I snuck a few rides in here of there.  This year’s break I have totally been your typical American Male.  McDonald’s(once), Nachos, Beer/Cider, M&M’s, Grease’y Spoon Diners, less than 200 calories burned in daily activities, and depression.  Off time is great.
Even better news is the fact that I will most likely be riding my bike out of the saddle for an extended period of time, because of the mangina.  You know that when Chann Mcrae won USPRO he had spent nearly a month of riding out of the saddle due to a saddle sore surgery!  HHHmmm?
As of this week I am slowly getting back into exercise.  Actually last week I had to run through the Chicago Airport and I paid for it dearly, as I was sore for nearly 4 days because of it.  Weight baring exercises…..my favorite!
