pretty much sums it up…
1 month of Fat (track) Camp does not really prepare a rider for a 10 day stage race. I knew coming into this race that I was on borrowed time, so I am very pleased that I was able to make it to the 8th stage finish…well 2 min short of the time cut. It still stings quite a bit that I am not able to finish off the last 2 stage w/ my teammates, but I hope they and the rest of the team understand?
here is was a typical morning for our team…stuffing down the carb’s. Note the two famous individuals in the background?

It’s only the “1st” stage RR of this season (for you) where you just needed to remember what RR looked like.
)
You should be feeling way much better by March & April, gaining your legs back!!!!
(You “could’ve” hopped the wall if you kept your power but borrowed Micro Lange’s body!!!
