right arm…
notice yesterday that my right arm is pretty sore. Well no so much from that….GREEK, but more so from throwing another cyclist around the track.

Single life will do that, try to switch hands that will lower the chance of wearing out one arm.

well it would be hard to go over the top of my own exchange and through my MADISON partner in with my left arm?
I don’t consider myself single.

think about Creed swinging that ‘fat kid’ into the mix over and over again. he is the one that needs the real sympathy.

Creed has a sandy “V” and won’t be mixing it up in the Madison, it was Bobby Lea, who is about the same weight as me.

That is the best feeling in the world, I can’t wait to have it back. And besides madison riders would probably get top notch in a Cyclist Upper Body Competition! At least for one side.

OK, this string of comments is way out of my area of expertise, but I ran into Brad’s Dad yesterday and so I wanted to say hi. He’s very proud of his boy and gave me the address to this site. WOW! You’ve come a long way from the blue haired boy I knew at SBS. More power to you. I like the “we love our swim girls” T, I’ll take it as a compliment.

Sit on your left hand, make it numb. Turn it backwards, repeat motion, and you have the Stranger. No more need for the right hand.
