nothing better than…

Getting dropped again. I am not super sick, but the virus has totally taken every bit of deep down effort energy out of my legs, when I attempt to get on it I just feel emptiness. Sweet huh. Well today was the first day of Tour de Beauce, Friedman and I both were dropped like rocks. For the first time in my career I had to stop and take a #2 on the side of the road, then after suffering to just get back on to the group after my side of the road effort, Friedman and I were both dropped shortly after. Then Friedman puked all over the side of the road, what a great day for he and I!

Oh, the joys of profession cycling. Poor Brad; the universe is making you pay for those gold medals you won! Wouldn’t want you acting like Boonen, you have to stay humble. Are you getting enough sleep? Viruses suck!

It’s such a fine line between being on and being sick. I hate that you are not feeling your best. Remember all these trials and tribulations make a season, sometimes a season to remember sometimes a season to forget. Like they say you are only as good as your last race and right now things aren’t good. That’s why we keep racing things will be good again and that’s the ones we remember. Stay strong and don’t miss those feeds, The Pate is counting on you one way or another…

Hey Brad, hope you get rejuvenated. Your success is prayed for daily, and yes, your Grand mothers are okay. Details to follow.

    Brad,

Say hi to my buddy Andreas Schillinger for team sparkasse. His parents shop is the main sponsor of our team here. Pray for me this weekend. Got a big race weekend upon me.

    Huffy,
Did you know from my desk if I look just right I can almost see out the window. That is right I almost have real daylight! Anyways stop bitching and rest….you will be fine in a few days.

The movies I am in if you can #2 on film then you get a bonus check. You might want to give me a call if you need some work. Obviously #2 at work is not a problem for you, and we already know you #1 on yourself.
Your Poop and pee stories always get the most responses. They even get published in velonews. I find that kind of funny.

Get over the virus, hopefully not HIV, and start racing like the champ you are.

jesus brad (thats hey zeus) at least rashaan and i made it to the second stage before we were dropped last year. and for the pooping in bushes….thats just gross. did you finish with one sock? or one glove? or one of each? i have a bit of a sickness my self but not as bad as yours’es. i’ve been trying to start up the 1500 club again, but a new rule is we have to do it 2 days in a row. i keep getting it one day but now the next. the other day was 1535 and yesterday was 1478 so if i average them does that count…i love you……NOTHING….. your my best FREN!!!

Think of those days - just a little while back - when you couldn’t wait to get out on your bike…. those are the things you need to think about again… that energy of chomping at the bit tor ride will come back with the memories…. (just don’t think of drivin the Sprinter in the snowstorms!)

Come to Seattle - it’s still Springtime!!! Hasn’t even gotten above 80 yet this year! You’ll could even lose your tan here..
