freak out

Why do good and bad things seem to come together?
Well I am freaking out about the last half of the season.
Hopefully things start to become more clearer and more controlled as the big races draw closer.

The yin and the yang. Take the good with the bad. A sign of maturity they say. I just wish I could put it into practice more often. You are not alone.

Brad, you will do just fine. Trust me.

like Mertz says, you’re probably experiencing a new type of training regimen, one called dealing with pressure. try not to worry about it. if it’s meant to happen it will be. try to relax yogi, you’re already a hero to many.

Brad, Looks like you are having a good time with your cycling. Just wanted to say congrats on finding something you love to do.

When it rains, it pours. You have a long career ahead of you. Enjoy it and you will be fine. Treat it as a job (I know, it is) and you will retire too soon.

    attitude.
attitude can make or break things… so keep your’s positive and you’ll find more than success.

    brad,
“The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible.”
You have always proven this to yourself just through your work ethics. Don’t change your mind frame. Good luck!

you could take up running or triathlons if you wanted. or modern dance.

just kidding. actually i have no idea what your bad stuff is but you seem like a guy who’s strong enough and capable enough to remain on the right track for yourself, whatever that track may be. you need valleys in order to have peaks.

i, on the other hand, am considering a career-switch to perhaps being an umbrella girl or a competitive hiker.

Do you want to hear about bad luck? This should help you feel better. It could be the types of movies I make, or during a hard group ride the other day my saddle broke. This led to me irrating my urethea so bad that it has gotten seriously infected and I have not been able to ride for 3days. I can only lay on the floor, and hope I do not have to pee because it feels like barb wire being pulled out.

Hope that makes you feel better about your problems.
