huffy it's ok. I have been sucking for 14 days now in WI. Stupidweek is breaking me. However I know that it will pay off in Aug, and Sept. So just hold tight and give Meatball a big hug.....

Sorry, Brad. My pom-poms have been working for the WTF Tour de France. The riders are taking it on the chin, that's for sure. You've been on the track for half the season; you are a great bike racer, your focus was different this year. You'll find those legs, and everyone has faith in you. YOU are STILL my best, favorite, rider! I heart Brad, too.

Sorry to hear. I wish I had some wisdom to impart on you, but I have enough sh@! of my own to fig out aka my prostate infection. I am sure you will be back in the game. You always need to remember that you competed in Worlds for track(not road) earlier this year and won a medal. Keep logging the miles.
I have always been amazed at the speeds the protour guys keep day after day after day. Now we know it takes a little more than rest and bagels.
