Instead of wheres waldo where is Huff? It looks like he can be found at the chicago shed aquarium dolphin show area. If you are going to drop off the map you have to make it harder than that.

Looks like the fish talent show at the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago. but that’s just a guess.
