I saw you in LA on a Sat ride, just before the UCI world cup... you blew my mind dude!
I was holding with all my life to stay in the ride... you came next to me and asked if I was the girl in the spining class!  Few seconds later, you jumped in the side walk... and kept on riding along the peloton! 
I could few your energy!
I am an exercise physiologist myself... I have done a lot stress test in athletes... sometimes people have the physical abilities, the VO2max of an olympian.  However, you also get have the HEART and MIND!  THE MIND KEEP THE BODY GOING!!!  Your mental ability take you to cross the finish line.  And, you have that!!!  Keep this head up and strong!  I hope all the best with your new team!  Always foccus on the positive!

Sometimes I like riding with a jackel grin as it demoralizes the competition.  But I ride with the Jackel grin anyway sometimes just because I'm happy.</description>

I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more. Nobody is going to win a 5,000 meter race after running an easy 2 miles. Not with me. If I lose forcing the pace all the way, well, at least I can live with myself.&quot;</description>
