I was holding with all my life to stay in the ride... you came next to me and asked if I was the girl in the spining class! Few seconds later, you jumped in the side walk... and kept on riding along the peloton! I could few your energy! I am an exercise physiologist myself... I have done a lot stress test in athletes... sometimes people have the physical abilities, the VO2max of an olympian. However, you also get have the HEART and MIND! THE MIND KEEP THE BODY GOING!!!
