I am not there, but MIKE FRIEDMAN and TAYLOR PHINNEY sure are!
These two guys just took the world cup competition field by storm….I mean young 17 year old Taylor(biological age of 28) just finish his 3rd every day of Pursuit Competition to finish only 2 second off the Current World and Olympic Champion to take 4th. Then Friedman called the fact that he was going to win the Men’s Scratch race after he told Allen Lim that he was on fire and had the feeling like he was going to win the scratch race….which he did, Mike Friedman won the Beijing Scratch Race!!!
I specifically told Meatball that he would win a race either at Sydney or at Beijing. AND HE DID! As for Phinney well that kid…..ya he is still a kid you have to remember(even though he looks to be 28 without the facial hair) is just a genetic freak. I mean Meatball is one of the toughest guy out at any race and can bury himself more than anybody I know, but Phinney can totally smoke him in the pursuit…..why? Because he was born with it, Taylor is going to add an elite medal….either World Cup, World Championships, or the freaking Olympics as he turns 18 the month prior to the Olympics…..to his already amazing resume
Mike Friedman and Taylor Phinney deserve more recognition for what they have achieved!!!!!! Hip Hip…Hip Hip…
