So Friedman and I stopped at this sweet 50’s dinner after this crazy spin class with a humbling ab routine afterwards where women and the super ripped newly turned 50 year old Gary were destroying us. Needless to say Friedman did not impress the “cougars” with his abs of steel. We quickly left afterwards humbled and sore.

why do spin classes humble people? Maybe because some of us are old, slow & fat (not always in that order)…

that’s looks like a night at Fred 62’s in Los Feliz, but it’s probably not. (maybe george’s)
if you’re ever in west hollywood, take a spin class at TRAIN. there’s a class there run by a fat blonde chick with lots of ink who cranks AC/DC and screams into the mic with Bon Scott. in my first experience I was in the very last row but thought I blew an eardrum. then I realized most people were wearing earplugs.
