INSANE TURBULENCE!!!
So my LA Track World Cup has pretty much been summed up in this short statement I quickly received tonight on my red eye flight from LA to MKE, “we are going to make an emergency landing due to extreme turbulence.” This is how my racing went in LA in the points race and the Madison, emergency landing in the infield as I am totally blow and will risk extreme turbulence if I continue….ie getting lapped 500 times. Ya this flight had the most insane bunch of turbulence I and just about every person on the flight had experienced! Even the well seasoned staff and pilots were shocked at the energy of the turbulence. So needless to say my turbulent racing has just continued in to my turbulent flight. I feel great to be alive considering it all. now if I can just make it to MKE everything will be just fine! oh we had the emergency landing at about 2 AM Denver time and now it is 4:30 and we still having not budged?
Oh ya I forgot to add that there was WINE on the ceiling, WINE on the front wall, and a male flight attendent on his back in the middle of the aisle. Plus the guy next to me pretty much reached over and was holding my hand he was so freaked out.

Hope the next flight goes a lot better for you. Need to know what to do about your SUBARU, it needs to be checked out. I will see about doing that today A PARNELL’s.

Brad, why are things going so bad for you now? I’ve followed your riding ever since I lived in Arkansas and boy you take it in stride. I hope your road season is better than this. Keep your head up and think of good things. Todd Wilson.

What is your take on the whole Rock Racing scene? Is Cipo really gone already?
Good luck. Keep fit and have fun.

Brad, I think you are having the bad with the good. This keeps you humble, and shows that you are human, and not a machine! The ups and downs of an athletic career are with everyone, even Tom Boonen! I’m keeping an open mind about Rock Racing. Remember, good buddy, Mike Creed now rides with that team. And Cipo is going to look really HOT in those Rock Republic jeans!! That should grab some attention!!

Brad-
I just read that you are “eligible” for the Beijing Olympics. Congrats man! I guess all that getting lapped was good right? But seriously, High FIVE!
