what in the huff are you up to?
So I have been getting some superb therapy from a few amazing trainers…..Beth Spangler RN and Acupuncturist, then the tag team of Karen and Jim at Midwest Sports Medicine Clinic then getting moved down to Health Tracks of St. Johns to build some strength in my atrophied legs. I will say that I have been very frustrated with all of this, but I have had to take a step back and realize that I have had such chronic problems for so long that it will take a little longer to get straightened out again.
Although with amazing help I have been able to make some hug gains in the past few weeks.
Hopefully I am ready to race by May?
ya this is awesome. but I did put in quite a few hours of the past few days, so I am happy.
just so you all know I have not been sitting on my ass saying Woo-is-me……any of you people know what a pistol squat is? well look it up and try doing that with while holding on the the other foot of the out stretched leg? but not really eccentric, only concentrically as if you are eccentrically flexing while you are riding your bike then you are just fighting yourself. kind of tough just to get in this position and not fall over? And yes my ATHLETIC TRAINER is standing right there the whole time
