So I will say that I am GREAT compared to when this rehab work started. Thank you to all you have helped….but I still have a few more steps to go before I…I feel like I am ready. But throwing a 16kg kettle ball around sure does help me get that feeling of confidence faster.
Jim is my ATHLETIC TRAINER if you did not get that….

    Brad, that’s a great post!!

    I’m learning to work with weights on a Bosu. I hope it helps my cycling!! I think it’s a A-1 torture device the trainers thought up!!
